The Nausicaan Pirates' hangout is the Ferengi controlled station of Drozana. There you will always find fellow fleet members to play dom-jot with ot perhaps a painful game of Nausicaan darts. Many fleet events and meetings will be hosted at Drozana as it is a major hot spot for fleet activity
